To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect my small business, the following cancellation policy is in place: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will also be charged the 20% fee.
